Caught up with @mrmecc this week on Substantial Weekly. We've been friends and collaborators for nearly 30 years. I keep moving 😅 and he keeps picking up the phone.

It was an awesome surprise to have him on the show. It's been even more amazing watching his ascension over the years.

Love you bro! 👊🏾✌🏾

Catch Substantial Weekly every Sunday at 8pm / Monday at 9am here in Japan, for updates, music, Bars and more. Join us on Discord as well.

THE CRAFT, PT. 4
-*For the fourth iteration of the dope concert series, The Craft, Immortal Technique headlined the event with a powerful, and poignant set - an elite emcee who always finds the balance between hard-hitting lyrics, and speaking truth to power - DJ Priority got the night started with a dope blend of tunes to get things right - Juggernaut War Party opened the night with an awe-inspiring set of musicality that opened your eyes and your ears - and the first West Coast emcees to touch the stage, Vel Nine & Sirrealist, hip-hop’s fiery power couple who bring an excellent mix of brashness and boom-bap while blending East & West Coast styles…this one was definitely for the books, and glad the homies were in the spot to capture the night as well*-
Salute @carmineiovinojrphotography @kaleafwins and @jason_stitt
Peace to @lr_blitzkrieg @verywellversed_ and the rest of the Craft family for another win for hip-hop!

Last Night was a reunion of sorts where we can remember standing on 6th Avenue and 8th Street in front of the Bagel Buffet for hours listening to these guys rhyming like crazy. Life is always 360° and everyone is still killing these shows like back then.

Thanks to @goodgirlpr for the opportunity. Next time we got to get the interviews. To @thecraft_nyc keep this thing going because there isn't much showcases like this in NYC now.

Hope everyone enjoys the photos because I'm not a photographer lmao.
