In an interview with Sonoo Singh, Founder and Editor of @thecreative.salon, Gabriel Schmitt, Global Chief Creative Officer at @grey and President of the Executive Jury at the Lisbon International Advertising Festival 2026, reflects on the fresh perspective the Festivals bring to the judging conversation.

For Gabriel, it’s about applying a different lens, a new nuance. A point of view that feels distinctly Lisbon.

He also shares some valuable tips for agencies and creatives preparing their next submissions to The Lisbon Festivals.

Because creativity benefits from different perspectives, different experiences and different ways of looking at the work.

Proud to see our ongoing work with @macmillancancer featured in @campaignmagazine @lbbonline and @thecreative.salon this week.

This project meant a lot to us, ensuring every element, from the overarching narrative to the language and casting, feels authentic, relevant and truly representative across AV, OOH, social, radio and PR.

🎙️ The Creative Floor Awards Podcast, latest episode: How to Get Tough Nuts 💪🥜

This week we’re heading to Dubai (because apparently everyone else is) to unpack one of the most talked-about healthcare campaigns of the past year.
We sat down with @alokgadkar Co-Founder, CEO, and Chief Creative Officer of @Tuesdaycommunications alongside @shammynevis, Senior Creative Director. Together they break down the agency’s bold @hogdxb Harley-Davidson Motor Company collaboration tackling testicular and prostate cancer awareness in the UAE through humour, music, and actual bikers.

Yes. Really. 🏍️🎶

They gathered a group of genuine Harley riders to form the Tough Nuts Choir, delivering a film that somehow balances comedy with cultural sensitivity in one of the region’s most conservative healthcare categories.

This is not your usual case study fluff. We go nuts-and-bolts (no pun intended) on how to write comedy into serious healthcare work. From creative strategy and client buy-in to execution in a conservative market, Alok and Shamrock walk you through exactly how they made it work and how your team can steal it too. 💡

Described as a free masterclass for agencies, this episode gives rare, practical insight into healthcare creativity that you literally won’t hear anywhere else.

🎙️ NEW #tcfawards Podcast ‘Idea to Empire’ 🚀

Ever had a genius idea to start your own advertising agency but got stuck somewhere between “This could work” and “How do I even start?” 🤯 Well, good news, you don’t have to sell a kidney or start calling yourself a visionary disruptor on LinkedIn (yet).

Serial entrepreneur @catchthepigeon and his Chief Creative Officer Emily Knight-Kristoffersen (KK) at @the.considered spill the beans on how to actually start an agency without going broke or burning out. Expect no-BS advice and industry secrets no one tells you before you dive in. If you’ve ever thought, “Maybe I should start my own thing?” this episode will either be your blueprint for success or a cautionary tale (either way, entertaining).
