Human Traffic & Save Our Scene have teamed up for a Glastonbury special, showcasing some of our favourites and flying the flag for the cause of preserving our way of life.

The real story of youth is clubs, festivals, pubs and getting off ya tits, finding freedom with mates.

The iconic British film Human Traffic is celebrating it’s 25th birthday, a film centred around the lives of five friends, who spend their week working mundane jobs, waiting for the weekend so that they can immerse themselves in a whirl of parties.

Not much has changed… or has it?

We are seeing the accelerating collapse of pubs, clubs and festivals at a rate never known … 5 clubs are closing every week in the UK and over 60 festivals have already cancelled in 2024. Mainly due to rising costs.

Our world renowned culture is now hanging by a thread.

BUT!

It is in YOUR hands. When your weekend lands, you want your favourite club to still be there and your local to be open.

The only way you can have a say is to register to vote by June 18th & vote on July 4th, not letting decision fall into the wrong hands. You can do this via @justvote24

Baleric island stalwart @pacofernandezibiza joins Raised By Ravers for an intimate dinner performance. With his own unique style of Flamenco chill-out, Paco’s long and varied career has taken in world tours, Grammy nominations, and a multitude of albums and concerts. An icon of Ibiza, Paco's guitar playing appeals to young and old, native and foreign.

He will be joined by none other than @bambukuibiza resident @perrymartin2017 and local radio sensation @kellieallenmusic who are going to keep the vibes high and spin some sick tunes throughout the day 🔥

We’re thrilled to announce that our mother company @thecreativehousep has received a grant from the @aceagrams Culture Recovery Fund 🙌

This will help us to ensure that British Arts and entertainment continues to be bold, brave, diverse and the world leaders within live art and experience, as we always have been.

We aimed to be pioneers in music led youth culture, cross art form experience, so to be recognised is to be heard, for all of us, and we are privileged to be able to amplify all industry voices.

We are incredibly grateful to the @dcmsgovuk for this support, it provides a vital lifeline which will allow us to keep creating, and to be ready for you all to return to the music, the dance floor, live art and the experiment, and for that return to be special and unique, when it’s safe to do so.

Remember friends, in the meantime ‘any floor can be a dance floor’ 🙃
