Kicking off the week with our Mental Wealth Monday Vibe Series! 🧠💎 We took a moment to slow down with good company at our @gentlementalvibes Exchange and talk “JOY” with a few good men!!⁣

@thecrownreturns did an excellent job asking the men in the house a few questions throughout the event but this one was specifically centered around finding joy. Remember, your joy matters just as much as your responsibilities. 🖤

Mental health isn’t always just about navigating the heavy stuff…it’s also about making space for what lights you up💡💪🏾

This time last week… we brought together some incredible brothers for our GentleMental Vibes Exchange. 🙏🏾

Positive energy, real conversations, vulnerability, and genuine connections. A reminder of why creating safe spaces for Black men to simply be themselves is so important.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, opened up, and poured into one another. Brotherhood is a form of mental wellness, and this is only the beginning! 🖤

#WCW To the woman that I used to be, that I am, and that I’m becoming! ✨

Going to homecoming, although brief, made me reflect on how much I’ve changed. Mostly for the better… some ways I’d like to get back to. Either way, I’m not who I was, but I’m sure not done evolving! Cheers to every chapter in this book called life 🥂📚

We’re in NYC for the @usopen so you know we had to ask the high pressure questions.

You’ve got a $1000 on the line. What player all time are you picking to lock in on the court and be a champion ?

Taste Bud Check! Newark’s International Food Festival brought an out all the foodies. We had to check everyone’s pallet so we know what to bring to the next function.

* Tacos 🌮 or Dumplings 🥟?
* Rice 🍚 or Noodles 🍜?
* Sweet 🍰 or Savory 🍖?
* Mild 🌿 or Spicy 🌶️?

Comment what your taste buds are like
