As a bigger woman, you can often feel like you don’t deserve good things, that you don’t deserve to have your hair done, go out for a delicious meal, or treat yourself to things you love until you reach the goal of being thinner.

“I’ll do that when I’m thinner”, “I’ll wear that when I’m thinner”, “I’ll save that activity for when I reach my goal weight”. DO IT NOW!! You deserve it, so so so much, I promise.

I’ve experienced this before, “when I’ve reached my goal weight I’ll treat myself to a tattoo” I used to say. I can’t believe I was holding myself back just because of the way my body looks? I was punishing myself because I wasn’t thin yet, and that just breaks my heart. You can be and do whatever ever you want in the body you live in right now, because bigger women are beautiful and can absolutely exist and take up space too❤️‍🩹

i used to genuinely hate my curly hair.

spent years straightening it, hiding it, wishing it was something it wasn’t. it took a long time to even begin to understand it, let alone love it.

so getting to sit down with @thecurlcarestudio and actually learn how to work with my curls instead of fighting them constantly? that meant more to me than i expected it to.

This is a 2 tiered cake with raspberry filling and buttercream icing with decoration🤍. I decided to try writing for the first time and honestly not too bad just need to practice using a thinner tip for next time😚.

I made this for @thecurlcarestudio as they were hosting a little event at their salon in Hull. Best place to go to get your curls popping🤌🏾

I am also taking bookings for January and February for cakes up to 10 inches for any occasion - DM to book/ask any questions☺️
