TREND ALERT! Or rather a name given to a paint color scheme by Benjamin Moore that's hurting an algorithm near you. The term? "Color Capping." Think color drenching but make it monochromatic. You'll find it in these Marigny homes shown above. Third slide/video is of a place that can be all yours. 2631 N Rampart, now $450k!

Krewe du Vieux was AMAZING, as usual. The crowd was great despite sub freezing temps. 🥶

Nobody gave it a second thought EXCEPT to not be early.

At 6p there was a dozen people on Royal from Mimis ... at 625p they were three DEEP.

And then at the start, there was a delay due to a "mule issue." No other information but at least nobody got run down...

Thanks, Isabelle, Michelle, Olivia, and Chris, for the videos!!

You posting SPREADS LOVE.

And stay hungry folks, if there is anything you want to collaborate on, just let me know, stay with me, and follow up...

I sometimes get unorganized and may lose focus, but stay on me, and I will reply and respond.

A good example of collaboration is drone footage. I've had half a dozen tell me they would like to get involved and until 3 weeks ago, nothing, no follow through...

Now @flyblaqwing is the preferred drone operators of the Love ❤️ Flag.

And make sure my reply isn't in your spam folder!!

We need everyone, now more than ever.

French Quarter frights and voodoo lights—New Orleans knows Halloween best 👻🌃

💡For a spine-tingling Halloween in New Orleans, here are some must-visit spots:

1. Explore the haunted history of the French Quarter on a ghost tour, where every building has a story that lingers in the night.

2. Wander through Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 and feel the chills of New Orleans’ most famous above-ground tombs.

3. Dive into the mystic world at the Voodoo Museum, where New Orleans’ voodoo heritage comes to life with secrets and spells.
