Charlotte & Brooklyn putting in the WORK during their shared private 💪🏼✨

Today’s focus: back flexibility + overall flexibility — using the bench to give the body extra support and elevation so we can isolate specific areas and work through a greater range of motion with more control.

For these exercises, the bench allows part of the body to be supported while another area moves more freely, helping us target the spine, shoulders, hips, and surrounding muscles without relying on momentum. Pairing the bench with resistance bands also adds controlled tension, helping them actively work into their flexibility instead of just passively stretching.

The goal isn’t just to become more flexible: it’s to build usable flexibility with strength, control, and stability that translates directly into their dancing. 🩰🔥

So proud of these two! 🤍

2025 comp season has officially come to an end and i just wanted to take a moment to highlight the amazing @thedancingbrooke competing my solo “FASHION,MODEL,ART” this year - Brooke got off of a plane from Florida to meet me for 3 hours to start this solo, then participated in the jam packed week of @dancehst led by the incredible @meninafortunato and THEN met me for another 3 hours the day the program ended to finish the piece before getting right back on a plane to Florida again!! then with the help of her amazing studio and some Zoom privates, Brooke attacked the stage every time she stepped out there ✨ it was such an incredible honor to watch her blossom into such a dynamic powerhouse this year!!!!! thank you for being the star that you are and bringing this solo to life beyond my wildest dreams 🤍
