Today it was another 40 miles in the saddle with my incredible wife, Michelle—my soulmate, my teammate, and my biggest inspiration.

Movement is a gift.
Don’t wait for the perfect day.
Don’t wait until tomorrow.

Whether you live with MS, another disease, or you’re perfectly healthy… move your body. Walk. Ride. Lift. Swim. Just keep moving.

None of us knows what tomorrow will bring, but we all have today.

Move with purpose. Live with gratitude. Never stop fighting.

Turning 65 years old on July 16th. I don’t take a single day for granted.

For over 21 years, I’ve lived with Multiple Sclerosis. There have been challenges, setbacks, and moments when the road ahead wasn’t clear. But I’ve learned that every workout, every bike ride, every step forward is a gift.

This backyard is my sanctuary. This is where I recharge, reflect, and remind myself how blessed I truly am. Fitness isn’t just something I do—it’s my lifeline.

Age is just a number. Gratitude is a choice. Perseverance is a mindset.

Still training.
Still pushing.
Still growing.
Still defining what’s possible.

I don’t let MS define me. 💪🌴🚴‍♂️

I’ve been instructed to post about other things besides music. So if you go to the last slide you’ll hear my new track out this Friday.

Hi! I wanted to get in touch on behalf of @gnarcytribe. We've got some seriously rad jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the perfect fit to rock our latest collection of rugged accessories!

If you dig it, we'd love to hook you up with 3 pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – absolutely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcytribe (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙
