Pulling for Parkinson's - fun rep maxed!

Finally got around to signing up 3 weeks ago and put together some short turn around pulls for Josh and myself.

Josh had a clean 20lb PR! (Pulled so hard he blurred the video)

I failed 665lb two weeks ago so I'm stoked I was able to show up with a 700lb pull.

It was great to see everyone pushing their limits and having fun💪

1.5 years later.
After overcoming a herniated disc in my neck, losing 10 lbs, and gaining so much more strength (physically and mentally) I hit the platform today with glitter in my hair 💁🏼‍♀️✨, competing in a new weight class, and walked away with all green lights and all meet PRs taking 1st place in the Open Raw Classic 165 weight class:
🟩 Squat: 225, 240, 250 lbs ⭐️
🟩 Bench: 125, 135, 145 lbs ⭐️
🟩 Deadlift: 265, 285, 300 lbs ⭐️
Grateful for the progress, my coach & friends, and the strength this journey has given me. 💪 Lift Heavy, Drink Margaritas 🍹 #Powerlifting #MeetDay #PRs #StrongerEveryDay #squat #deadlift #bench #personaltrainer #coach #gymmotivation

Deadlift for Dogs is such a good cause and fun event! PR’d today at 260! What made the day special was being a part of Sandy’s first competition. She PR’d at 200💪🏼. Congratulations Sandy! Thank you Coach Danny especially for the opener😊. Thank you Meg and Ty for your support. It was a good day to lift heavy. #LHDM
