12 months ago: 7 seats, no conference room, no space to even gather the team for Diwali. Today we’re celebrating in a 40-seater space with our own studio. The team that stayed with me from day 1 watched all of it happen. They saw us go from working in a cramped space to finally having room to breathe. They saw the clients come in, stay, and trust us enough to renew. That tells me we’re doing something right. Growth isn’t always about the big wins everyone talks about. Sometimes it’s about: → Having a conference room for the first time  → Finally being able to gather everyone without feeling squeezed  → Building a studio because the work demands it This Diwali feels different because we actually have space to celebrate together. The same people who believed in me when we had nothing are still here. That’s the win I care about most. If you’re building something and the right people stick around, you’re on the right path. Happy Diwali to everyone grinding it out. May your teams grow, your spaces expand, and your trust stay strong.

This is how my time at @thedarenetwork looked like. It was one of the most difficult decisions to leave Dare Network after just 7 months. I wanted to thank Emil Eji for being one of the most encouraging, kindest and fun bosses to be around and work for. Like I said during my dramatic farewell speech, not one day I felt like I was coming to work. I just felt like hanging out with a bunch of creatives. That says a lot about the kind of space created by Emil and the team. I also wanted to take a moment to thank Raksha Gopal for being my biggest support for bringing whatever ideas I had into fruition and stepping in as my co-camerawoman when required. Dare Network will remain one of the most special workplaces for me, for not just because of the place itself, but also because of the person it made me. A lil more open, a lil more daring and lil more comfortable to do uncomfortable things. I wish Emil and the DN team all the success in the world.♥️♥️♥️ P.S this video doesn’t cover even a fraction of the joy I felt working there🥹
