When you realize that doing hard things is preparing you for the path God has paved for you, your entire life changes.

Doing hard things isn’t an option. It’s a requirement for growth.

You will never grow by remaining comfortable. In fact, it’s impossible to stay stagnant. You’re either growing or you’re dying.

Success requires sacrifice.
Success requires growth.
Success requires becoming the person who is worthy of carrying, stewarding, and living the dream God has placed in your heart.

It doesn’t come easy. And maybe that’s the point.

I’m so proud of everyone who made it out to this retreat — who chose to invest in themselves, be challenged, get uncomfortable, and grow.

Thank you to every incredible speaker who poured into our team over these last few days. This video is just a small recap of the value, wisdom, and perspective that was delivered.

I truly believe lives were changed at this retreat.

Now it’s time to take what was poured into us and go build something with it.

Building a business is incredible when you get to do it alongside like-minded people who are chasing a common vision.

A few years ago, this retreat was just a vision. A dream of creating a culture where people could grow, challenge themselves, and become more than they thought possible.

Today, it’s reality.

Watching the team experience breakthroughs, have powerful conversations, dream bigger, and realize what they’re truly capable of was a reminder of why we started.

Never give up. Bet on yourself. Do what it takes.

You have gifts inside of you that are meant to bless people. There are people you’re called to reach, families you’re called to impact, and lives you’re capable of changing.

But you can’t do that by playing small.

You can’t impact people with gifts you’re afraid to develop. You can’t lead people where you’re unwilling to go. And you can’t build the life you were created for by constantly choosing comfort.

The vision becomes reality when you refuse to quit.

Keep believing. Keep growing. Keep pushing.

What an amazing week out in Temecula. Getting let go from Moran was the biggest blessing of my life. Thanks to @natalykeck and @gordonkeck for putting this on allowing me to come and learn from the top financial leaders in our company and probably the entire industry! Cant wait to continue down this path and see how far we can all go! I haven’t had as big of a purpose in life as I do now and I just can’t thank you guys enough for helping me find that and it’s just the beginning!

As some of you might not know, I started a financial professional job this year on top of my tattoo career.

Something that I thought would just be some extra fun money..little did I know a few months later that I would come to have this amazing opportunity to spend the week with my team in Temecula at this BEAUTIFUL house.
This retreat was truly life changing in so many ways.
The days were filled with meeting people that felt like brothers and sisters, sharing stories, hearing from some of the top financial professionals in this industry, pool chilling, team building, delicious meals,
and self development.

I couldn’t be more blessed to have this opportunity and build this career with such a high favored team.
Thank you @gordonkeck and @natalykeck for believing in me and thank you for putting together this beautiful retreat and team!

My favorite takeaways from this trip:

1-“No matter where you are, there you are” Focus on becoming. Focus on who you are. Who you are becoming is everything. The scariest place in life is getting where you want to be without first being who you need to be.

2-“Measure your success by how many people you bless”
My goal is not only to provide a beautiful life for my future kids and give back to my parents who have sacrificed for me from the start, but to help as many people as I can secure retirement for themselves!!

I still cannot thank @natalykeck and @gordonkeck enough for believing in all of us so much to do something like this for us to grow together! This retreat they gave us was seriously something I’ll be forever grateful for. Much love to the whole team! Let’s build this to the MOON!! And also a big shoutout to @gasproductions_ for filming all week and sending all of us so many great memories to look back and reflect on. It was a pleasure netting you as well Gas!!
