SERHANT. Spotlight: We are beyond humbled and excited to announce that we have made our grand entry into the heart of North Carolina, bringing on Josh and Charlene Dearing, the dynamic duo behind @thedearingteam, as founding members of @serhantnorthcarolina 💙

With a proven track record of excellence, Josh and Charlene align perfectly with our core principles of amplifying together and creating for tomorrow. “I looked for years for a brokerage that would stand out from the rest,” says Josh. And now, they're ready to elevate the real estate industry in the Carolinas with SERHANT.

Our impact is immediate. @ryanserhant jetted down to North Carolina to film an exclusive property tour with the Dearings, a property that has already gone under contract! In Josh's words, “With SERHANT.’s innovative ideas and in-house media organization, I’m able to extend my marketing reach to all four corners of the world.”

As they lead @serhantnorthcarolina, we can't wait to witness the incredible success and growth that Josh and Charlene will bring. Stay tuned for more exciting updates from @thedearingteam! 💪🔥

Before the pandemic, 12 amazing brokers, broke bread 🍞 and shared a bowl of spaghetti 🍝 by the amazing @747club with the best broker in NYC, @ryanserhant on a cold winter’s day on 3/2020! I had the pleasure to sit next to @jorge.sariego whom since then has became a close friend and a broker I look up too. Networking is not just about sharing information of random brokers. But is about friendships and authentic connections.

Santa Clause 🎅🏼 made his way through Magnolia Estates last night! It was magical and brought so much joy to the kids! Aiden was actually not scared of Santa but, he was not having the dancing Christmas trees 🎄 that were behind him 🤣. Thank you so much to @kerryrathmann and family for doing this again! There aren’t enough words to so show our gratitude ❤️💚 Also, shout out to Santa (Dearing) @thedearingteam thank you for not blowing your cover 👊🏼 , the kids loved you and you did a great job!
