Hi friends, we wanted to share an update with you:
Sadly graduation brought our playing days as Third Street String Band to an end in 2025, but this account will still share music our members continue to make. If you liked our music, you should follow their new projects!
@st.sam18 and @isamadazaro are playing bluegrass music with @redwoodflat across Northern CA. Stay tuned for some summer festival announcements!
@ajpottermusic is playing and recording music in San Diego.
@isamadazaro just joined @thewildwoodroses playing Carter Family-style country music.
Jordan is playing at square dances in the Santa Cruz area and recently made a pilgrimage to see Lead Belly’s guitar.
@trustu_ is studying voice at a conservatory in France.
@thedonkeyhawks formed out of the UC Davis Old Time String Ensemble just like we did and they are playing great music all around Davis!
