Last-minute trip north to the UP! 🌲🌊🍂✨

We took off for a quick autumn getaway to the Upper Peninsula, and it was everything we needed. Grabbed some dirty sodas from @sagecoffeeandsoda to caffeinate, worked a half day (real job) from the passenger seat while the wife took the wheel, and hit the road!

We spent the weekend beachcombing for treasures, catching incredible sunsets over the water, sitting on the beach by campfires under a full moon, and taking in all the peak fall colors.

Took the opportunity to support some of our favorite UP small businesses while there, grabbing our morning cuppa from @thedreambean and afternoon ice cream from Pictured Rocks Trading Company.

If you’ve never experienced the UP in the fall, put it at the very top of your list.

Have you ever made the trip up to the UP in the fall? Tell us your favorite spots in the comments! 🍁👇

Some mornings are simple—and that’s exactly what makes them special.

A walk with Daisy, an iced coffee from The Dream Bean, and a chance to slow down before the day begins.

One of my favorite parts about living and working in Grand Marais is the incredible local businesses that make this community feel like home. Whether you’re visiting for the weekend or thinking about making the UP your home, this is one stop I always recommend.

What’s your go-to coffee order?

Because buying a home isn’t just about the house—it’s about finding a community you’ll love. ☕️
