First show of the fall season ✔️

So proud of Steve at WH! On the edge of some exciting work in our dressage but earned a 31.3 over the weekend. A solid SJ round and finished cross country with a double clear, right on the optimum landing us in 4th. He felt great schooling ahead of the rest of the season.

Was nice to be back out at VHC this past weekend, Steve had two consistent phases and a super show jump with only one rail to finish 🥉!

Thank you @scruffyted @rmklear and everyone else behind the scenes for helping us continue to improve.

Ice baths aren’t just for humans 🧊 @thedrewboot is my go-to for the horses after a strenuous ride. Hoof to knee coverage, no slipping, no drama, just recovery that works.

It’s been a long 6 months for both of us to get back here. We had a PB of 30.8 and two rider rails with an otherwise progressive show jump. A small step towards our big plans for Steve but I cant thank our team behind the scenes enough for helping us to get to this point. 💙🐒

Wouldn’t want to imagine icing the horses with anything else. @thedrewboot design is made to cover everything from the hoof to the knee. Made with comfortable and flexible material, these boots are a barn favorite! 🥳

When recovery looks this happy 😄❄️ My horses are all smiles in their @thedrewboot ice boots, and honestly, same. Easy to use, perfectly contoured, and seriously effective at keeping those legs cool post-ride. Because top care = top performance ⭐️

Oh bubs, memories I wish we could relive together. Pat your ponies! They are so special and we don’t deserve them. Life is about wasting as much expensive alfalfa as you want when you jump clear in the pouring rain and having no expectations for how the day goes. #justhavefun #scottsherwoodvibes

After gallops, jump schools or competition days it’s important to take care of your horse’s legs. Icing helps with reducing swelling and inflammation, which can ultimately reduce damage to tissues and help your horse recover faster. Thanks to @thedrewboot, this process is made easy, and I love that these boots cover everything from the knee to the hoof 💯

We had an educational cross country school today at Jumping Branch farm.

Evee tried hard and did jump beautifully. There were a couple things we will need to revisit on another day.

(That oxer is a pretty big Preliminary fence)

I don’t think I’ve ever cried so hard as a parent and owner of this very special pony, Mumu! This isn’t the end but it is surely impacting us emotionally!

We are working closely with our Vet for the next several days and just praying hard! Corbin doesn’t really understand or knows the impact just yet.

more importantly, we just want we Mumu comfortable and happy!
