Mental Health Monday: I haven't done one of these before but here goes...I have always struggled with my body image. I was always the 'chubby kid' in school. My confidence suffered and I still struggle with it to this day. Being an introvert doesn't help either, cosplay is my release!
I changed my lifestyle to a more healthy way, eating better, regular excercise etc. I still follow a healthy lifestyle where possible to this day.
I want to stress to anyone who has low confidence and worries about their weight (and if you are trying to lose weight) to make sure you are don't go below your recommended BMI. These photos posted here was when I was at my lowest, under my recommended BMI. This caused a range of medical issues that took a while to overcome.

Now I'm healthy, and aim never again get below my BMI. It's not worth the side effects.
Be fit, eat healthy but don't put your health at risk during the process, it's not worth it.
This post is inspired by @theduckgod who was brave to speak up about his own health issues. 💚 📸 @phinioxglade (DC Bombshells Harley)
