People think before you speak......

Last week i've seen a mate who I haven't seen in 2 years. I was so happy to see him!! I said: Ahh mate it's soooo good to see you!!! The first thing he said: Jeeeezzzz that's a proper size belly.
THAT REALLY HURT ME.....

Two months ago, I've seen an old co-worker at a beer festival. I hadn't seen her for 20 years! She didn't even say my name: no Hello, no How are you, good to see you. Nope, in public:
"Jeeeeezzzz you are fat as fukkkkk boiiii".
WTF.....

Please understand a few things: I have struggled with my weight for the last 35 years. I have been big, lost a lot of weight. Gained weight, trained my 🍑 off with a 4-pack as a result and loads of muscle, to gain weight again. I am not 20 anymore, I am 45, i can't be Mister Fitboy until I die. I am a dad, have had some health issues, work 40-45 hours a week. I watch my food, i exercise but i will never be skinny. Your words can hurt, please think before you speak. I treat people with respect. Black or white, thick or thin, don't care about religion.

Is it too much to ask for the same treatment? 🙏🏼

Last post for now😓😯....

I will start a new job this week and i will try to do that whilst having a difficult time in my personal life atm. It's gonna be hard so i want to focus on my first week (at least) on the job. Hopefully I will see you all next weekend on Instagram. For now, it would mean the world if you show your love by liking, commenting, sharing and to save this BEERBIKEBRO Mario World 2.0 reel 🫶🏼🫶🏼

No hashtags, let it flow....

Arrival at the @thedutchthrottle meet like entering the ring🥊

Started of with the @serpentt_riders ride and made it safely to the meet.
And I gotta say the feeling of arriving at a meet after a ride with so many bikers is awesome.

And even better, getting to see so many familiar faces again is the best🔥
