year 2 ✔️
as i think back on my time at look up i keep repeating the words “thank you Jesus”. i am forever grateful for this place, these people, the double wide trailer i was so nervous to move in to but quickly became my home, trash runs, serving 5,000 campers and leaders this summer, cleaning slushee machines and most importantly that i serve a good God who delights in giving his children good gifts. what a gift it was to spend this season of my life serving at a place that feels like home. “let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” -galatians 6:9 🤎

Me, a helpless sinner who can’t do life by myself, took a job at a summer camp where I got to see the Lord move and work in so many ways. In the ordinary every day moments, worship nights, cleaning days, group rec, dance breaks, campfires, and so many more.
What a God, what a summer, what an opportunity
