🔥 One question. One breakthrough. That’s all it takes. 🔥

This is what I love about hot seat mindset coaching—it’s real, raw, and revolutionary.
In just a few minutes, we uncovered the real reason she was stuck… yes there was some strategy box with the foundation was Mindset blocks.

Over the years, I’ve watched powerful shifts happen right on the spot—because when you’re brave enough to tell the truth and let someone ask the right questions, the clarity comes FAST. 🧠💥

❗️If you’ve been spinning your wheels, shrinking behind the scenes, or secretly comparing yourself to the filtered highlight reel you see online…
You don’t need more content.
You need clarity.

🎯 Ready to stop being stuck and start showing up like the expert you are?

Comment “BREAKTHROUGH” below to book a complimentary clarity call with me.

This is your moment. Let’s move you forward.👇🏽

“Ayo Sis, your healing starts within.” 💫

We caught up with the radiant Dr. Kirsten, a powerhouse chiropractor on a mission to help our community heal from the inside out.

From dropping $49 adjustment specials 💆🏾‍♀️ to sharing gems about nervous system health, she reminded us: healing isn’t just for after an accident—it’s a lifestyle.

Hosted by @ayeyosiscommunity , this interview was one of the many powerful moments captured at the Atlanta Spring Social, where Auesomely You Magazine served as official media.

🎥 Stay tuned—because this was more than a convo… it was a movement.Full Interview on YouTube under Auesomely You Magazine Playlist Aye Yo Sis

Community is everything and that is not a cliché

A few weeks ago @jaylingraphics connected me to @shemiahenglish and said she needed support with her event.

I was obedient and asked “what do you need”

Fast forward a group of ambitious individuals in one safe space with one anointed and brilliant event curator (Shemiah) and her team made magic happen.

You see asking for help is a strength. Not a weakness.

And when we realize that- we will see the abundance versus the void

Follow Shemiah so you can be in touch with the next Atlanta Spring Social !

Just a regular day as a Boss Barbie 🩷

It’s such a task balancing my career, personal life & wellness but someone’s gotta do it! I used to be in a really dark space, putting others before myself. However I’m learning how to align things better with: ROUTINES 🤏🏾

It’s important for me to show up as my best self so I make sure to pour into me first!
