As September comes to an end, a little love for the people who make @groundedgrooves what it is 💚

It takes everyone who shows up. Who rolls out a mat. Who brings the energy. Moves, breathes, laughs and leans on each other.

It may sound cliché, but Grounded Grooves is so much more than just yoga. @yoganikki_518 and @djhollyw8d are onto something here 🧘‍♀️🎶

Plus, a little post-flow treat courtesy of @terranut 🍿💚

See you on the mat next Wednesday at 5:30 at @clintonmarketcollective ✨

🍎Teachers shape the leaders of our future!

Help us show up for crew member DiJ, a 2nd grade teacher getting her classroom ready for a new batch of scholars 🗽

📝 She put together a wish list and every little bit helps! There are options at ALL price points, so whatever you can do, it makes a difference 🛍️

🔗 Link in bio, let’s help her start the year strong ✏️📚

Introducing Liberty Crew NYC 🗽🛼

This one’s been a long time coming ❣️

What started as a love for skating turned into something more—a mix of outdoor rollers, indoor dancers; seasoned skaters, and others just starting their journey.

Different backgrounds, different styles, same mission and values.

So here we are — the ones who make this crew what it is ✨

Meet the Class of 2026: Jess, DiJurnett, Shahla, Kayla, Metika, Janette, Honey, Christie, Kassity, Kay Kay and Melody 🗽

This is just the beginning of what we’re building together! Stay tuned for our future events, sign up for our Roll Call newsletter to be the first to know 💌

Kinda chic to skate the SUMMER STREETS 2026 ROLL-OUT!

This has truly become one of my favorite days of the year. It is challenging, and sweaty, and almost always bloody (it was mine this time!!) but when I tell you it just fills my heart with pride seeing folks push themselves to do the hard thing, and do it together.

Thank you thank you to everyone who joined and helped along the way.

And I knoooww I missed some tags, I’m sorry!! But know I still care for you deeply!!

Special thanks to the @libertycrewnyc @theblvdskates and @hubsofsqwheels 🤍

‘til next year,
Xoxo

Come spa with us 💜
A day that owes us nothing and gave us so much life

Healthy friendship looks like this:
•making life feel lighter
•listening without judgment
•remembering the little things
•noticing when you’re feeling off
•making you feel safe to be yourself
•celebrating your wins like their own
•defending you when you’re not in the room
•sending you things that remind them of you
•checking in with you outside of the group chat
•providing a safe outlet for your thoughts & feelings
•showing up, not just when it’s convenient
