METAMORPHOSIS.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Self-Coaching. Self-Belief. Self-Discipline.

Just weeks away from show day and sitting at my all-time lowest body fat percentage of 3.6%.

While preparing for my first competition post-surgery, opening my second gym, and coaching dozens of athletes through their own prep journeys, I never lost focus.

Now I’m heading into three consecutive weekends of travel, and the mission stays the same: stay locked in, represent at the Pro level, and lead by example.

Bodybuilding has given me far more than a physique. It’s taught me commitment, consistency, discipline, and the mental toughness to keep showing up when life gets demanding.

The work doesn’t stop. The standard doesn’t change.

Lead from the front. Practice what you preach. The best is yet to come. 💪🏾🏆

Every burned bridge taught me which direction not to walk again. Growth will make old connections feel unfamiliar.
