Yesterday, I did something unimaginable. I laid my wonderful mother to her eternal rest. Yes, I always knew the day would come but nothing could prepare me for the reality of it. Words can’t even begin to explain the love, respect & admiration, I will always have for her. She was a beautiful spirit, an unshakable force & the wind beneath my wings. Thank you to all who sent my family & I condolences & kind words during our time of grief, we truly appreciate it. May my mother’s love & honor live on in my daughter & I, until the end of our days. She will forever be cherished & missed. I love you, Mom ❤️‍🩹🕊️🙏🏽

2024 was a SMASH success! Thank you for sharing your Dessert Gallery memories with us all year long. We love being part of your parties, celebrations, meetings, gifts, and random Tuesdays! (We are always in favor of a just-because cake outing 🍰) This was a big year for DG. We opened a NEW location in The Woodlands, parternered with incredible organizations like @heartgalleryofgreaterhouston and @graciescorner, and made so many beautiful desserts just for you. We are so thrilled about what 2025 has to offer—and what desserts you’ll ask us to bake for you next. It’s not too late to make another DG memory in 2024. We close at 10 PM tonight! ⭐️ We’ll be closed on January 1, so stock up for the new year!

Happy Birthday Lex🎂 🎉🎁🎈it’s hard to believe it’s been 30 years since God brought you in my life shining like a diamond so full of life. As you close this chapter and say RIP to your 20’s just know the best is yet to come because God has favor on your life and he’s not through elevating you to the highest. Embrace your 30’s and continue to let your light shine bright like the diamond you’re.💐💕

We are BLACK women! We build and we don’t tear down other BLACK women. We are pressured to project ourselves as strong, self-sacrificing, and free of emotion to cope with the stress of race- and gender-based discrimination in our daily lives. Today we are deliberate about building each other. Let’s do something positive! Upload 1 picture of yourself, only you, than tag as many other sisters to do the same! If I tag you, don’t disappoint! Thanks for tagging me @dimetheestallion @definitely.dia @theycallme___mo @dmondsr4evr ❤️
