Some days I see the to-do list. Today I’m choosing to see what I’ve built 🤍

Coaching these young people, with my own children watching and growing alongside them, means more than I can explain.

A little reminder to pause and give yourself credit for how far you’ve come ✨

✨UK Dance Awards 2026✨

🥹

Where do I begin… On Sunday I attended the UK Dance Awards in London after being nominated for 3 awards. I’m not really sure what happened but out of thousands of applications & 36 finalists I won the 2026 Outstanding Dance School Award😱✨🩰

To all the families & students who have followed along on the journey over the last five years THANK YOU! because this simply would not have happened without you all🩵

Thank you to my own family & amazing friends who have always been by my side supporting me - love you guys so much!✨

To Table 16 - @theelementsempire what a FAB night! So glad you were on our table & hopefully our paths cross again in the future!!🤸🏼🩰🫶🏻

I’m not sure this will ever sink in🩵

WOW I do not do sleepovers, but had the honour of hosting these 5 girls (was nearly 6) last night.
My only rule was DO NOT go to bed to late, as they had dance try outs ( I did not want to be told off) , I think I may be scary, as they actually listened, America may have helped with that 😂😂, what a great bunch of girls, also welcomed Lexie’s school friend too.
Thank you
I never expected Lexie to meet so many nice girls at @elementsextremecheerleaders @theelementsempire ,and be able to call them friends. I hope these friendships can continue.

Long day for me but worth it!
The last time performing in Cheer Elite team for Lexie this season ( possibly the last depending on try outs next week😥!) But wow Lexie you seriously smashed my expectations, you have gown in confidence so much from the first time I seen Lady rose 🌹compete. Hitting zero 0️⃣ yesterday girls was incredible to watch. The buzz the team had was amazing. Well done to all the girls in all the teams . Proud of you all!!! 🩵🩷
