Well, as is the nature of aging beauties, at 40 years old this one has been undergoing reconstruction — arms, legs, stomach, etc. Lipo here, implants there, filler as needed.

Today starts the Morpheus8, and then the surgeon moves in on her face.

Of course, thorough cleansing is required. Her sterilization for proper procedure.

Being on a mountain and on a well, additional protocols are required — emergency crew on standby. 😂

You know you have a good esthetician when her voice lives rent-free in your head. 😂 No matter if I'm home or in another country!
✨ Healthy skin over perfect skin.
☀️ Sunscreen. Every. Single. Day.
🧴 Protect your skin now — your future self will thank you.
Apparently I do listen, @theelevatedesti 😉 And my skin is better for it.
Consider this your reminder: wear the SPF. ☀️

Wise enough to stay in my lane, grounded enough to savor the view, and far too deeply at peace to ever look back…

July, you were #iconic

June was just the warm up…

Honestly, this month pushed me so far out of my comfort zone and into a whole new chapter.

Time for a quick soul check-in:

It felt like a total awakening….like waking up to the magic of my own life and remembering how beautiful it feels to just leap into the unknown. I’m feeling so incredibly full of gratitude. Met some of the most beautiful souls and made memories that are just the beginning of what’s to come. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to step out of your own way, this is it. Take that leap of faith. Stop playing it safe. The exact moment you decide to trust the drop, you’ll be amazed at the magic that meets you on the other side.

Thank you to everyone who made this month feel like a dream. The energy is officially shifted and trust me, we are nowhere near the finish line…..

We’re just getting started!!! 🙌🏻❤️‍🔥🥰
