Learning to braid can change a young girl’s life 👑✨ It builds self-esteem, encourages creativity, honors our culture, and opens the door to entrepreneurship.

That’s exactly why we hosted this class 📓!

In partnership with Alter Ego Beauty Studios, all of our young queens received hands-on braiding instruction from @mizzhairboss313 as our lead instructor with the help of @theeloreeffect plus real business gems on entrepreneurship, pricing, and professionalism from @theluxeac @beautybyjadab @lantii_lashedyou & @natural.remedyy

Chapter 24: Blooming.
This year, God showed me that growth isn’t always loud. Sometimes it looks like quiet healing. Quiet prayers. Quiet sacrifices. Quiet becoming.
I became a mother. A stronger wife. A softer woman. A wiser version of myself.
24 feels less like “having it all figured out” and more like finally trusting God while He shapes me into the complete version of myself.
I’m starting to see more clearly who I truly am. My voice, my beliefs, my desires, my purpose. The woman God has been shaping me into all along.
I’m still growing. Still unfolding. Still blooming.
But for the first time in a long time, I feel rooted.
April showers really do bring May flowers 🌧️💗🌸

He is not “just a man”. He is one with the Father. He is our propitiation to God the Father, through faith in His blood. From Him comes my salvation. His death and resurrection has given me eternal redemption for my sins. From him comes my life. He is the light to my path.
And not to mention, because of His death and resurrection, Gods Holy Spirit has been poured out onto all who believe in the gospel and repent. Holy Spirit leads me beside still waters and into green pastures. With Holy Spirit comes never leaving peace, love, joy, faith, goodness, meekness, self control, long suffering.

Taste and see for yourself that God is good! Jesus is the one who hold all keys! Thank you God for this amazing grace 🥹.

I’m officially a natural soft glam girlie! 😍 After years of being a dramatic glam type of girl, God said to me “Why are you trying to change what I have already made perfect & in my image.” (Genesis 1:26)

So now, we only enhance over here Queen— and that’s not even needed✨—respecting my natural features!
I use to wear dramatic makeup so much to the point where I when I took it off, ya girl didn’t appreciate what was under it. It was so damaging and not worth it to be changing my face with makeup.😫

So, I encourage and challenge the girl reading this to stare in the mirror and speak what God says about you over yourself for the next 7 days.
The 🔑 is to actually believe it tho. Romans 10:17
Let God strengthen your mind and renew you! Romans 12:2

The Holy scriptures of God is where the answers are. The one who can speak to you situation directly is God Himself. I encourage you all to get more intimate this week with God. Rather that looks like just sitting in his presence of reading and dwelling on one scripture a day this whole week.

The bible truly transformed my mind, last September me wouldn’t even recognize this September me.😩 Praise God fr!
