Our mission is to produce shows that challenge convention, prioritize experimentation, and transcend the status quo. We support diverse, non-traditional performers, artists, and cultural-producers who are often creatively restricted within mainstream venues. By providing a theater-level of production assistance to our performers, in terms of both creative and technical support, we encourage artists to make something that previously seemed impossible. Innovation requires experimentation and audience feedback, and the Emerald provides a supportive environment for artists to explore their potentials. We had an incredible time at @kcfringe and the night-hole is so thankful for all of you that came out to our shows. Actually, so many of you attended the shows that we won best of venue and added another show! With all these awards we can feel the night-hole growing! Thank you kcfringe staff and volunteers for all countless hours you put into this festival to make this possible and to @thebirdkc for allowing us to make an absolute mess every night.
