A room full of creativity, connection and community

We were lucky enough to be invited to @theenrgspace for an evening hosted alongside @oneanother.community and @ccsocial101, bringing together some incredible Central Coast community builders and content creators.

An evening of sharing stories, exchanging ideas, making new connections and exploring opportunities to collaborate, all while enjoying the beautiful, relaxing facilities at The ENRG Space.

It was such a lovely reminder of how much talent, passion and creativity we have right here on the Central Coast.

Thank you for bringing us all together. We left feeling relaxed, inspired and excited for what's to come!

A CLOSER LOOK: @theenrgspace

Some places are created not just for what they offer, but for how they make people feel.

What I love about the ENRG space is the intention behind it. Born from a desire to create a recovery space that feels calm, natural and genuinely supportive, ENRG is a little sanctuary on the Central Coast where you can step away from the busyness of everyday life.

From the outdoor sauna and ice bath to the magnesium pool and therapeutic spa, every element invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and simply be present.

And I think that’s something we could all use a little more of. A place where there’s no pressure to do anything other than take care of yourself.

It’s lovely to see more spaces like this being created in our community, with so much thought and purpose behind them. 🤍

A lovely evening of slowing down, unwinding and connecting with some wonderful people on the Coast. 🤍

Thank you @theenrgspace @oneanother.community and @ccsocial101 for bringing together Central Coast community builders and content creators for an evening of rest, meaningful conversations and shared stories.

We also got to experience ENRG’s sauna, ice bath, magnesium pool and therapeutic spa, which made the evening even more special.

I went home feeling grateful for the new connections and the little reminder that there’s so much more to discover about the people who make up our community, and the shared love we have for the coast.

Spent some of this stunning weekend relaxing @theenrgspace. We were lucky with absolutely perfect weather but with the beautifully heated Magnesium pool, sauna and spa, it would be a great spot in any weather. Highly recommend you take yourself there for some self care. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable if you are looking for a proper wellness and recovery space.

Feeling a bit cooked? Same. 😂

Luckily, the Central Coast is VERY good at making doing absolutely nothing feel productive.

Saunas. Floats. Pilates. Yoga. Ice baths. Massages. Day spas. Bathhouses. Basically, an entire region dedicated to sorting you out.

We’ve rounded up 15+ local spots to sweat, soak, stretch, recover and be professionally horizontal.

Consider this your Central Coast Wellness Edit.

Save it for the next time the group chat says “we should do something nice.” 💗

And tell us — what have we missed? 👇

Sooo . . . What goes on at a VIP after hours event?

Well the snacks are important.

But a chance to spoil customers that have quickly become a special part of the store, plus meeting new visitors to the store, and other local small business owners was truly a delight.

Plus when Mariah started busting out all i want for Christmas there were lots of goodies to give away!

Thank you to @seabloomjewellery @inmysparetime_crochet, @castorspelloils and @polymer_queen_crafts for adding to our pressies under the tree, as well as @jennsjam @chocolatefactorygosford @holistictraditionsbrew, so many goodies for our winners to choose from!

And thank you to Nat from @theenrgspace for kindly gifting a free bathhouse session to our prize pool, plus discount vouchers for our VIPS too. It's a little slice of heaven on the Coast.

Big congrats to Verity, our lucky door prize winner, there's a $50 store voucher waiting for you ✨️

Massive thankyou to everyone who braved a cold evening to get their Christmas spirit on, my heart is full 🎄❤️

PS special mentions to @kiki.and.co.australia for the earrings and the platter work, Chris for wrangling a cactus while putting up our fairy lights, and @rachelrose_111 who brings a bit of sparkle wherever she goes.
