ONE EVENT IS A LOT OF WORK. A FESTIVAL? SEVEN EVENTS, FOUR LOCATIONS, FIVE DAYS?! 😭😂

Welcome to Day 1 of The Convergence, from the Lightbulb Consult side of the story.

People see the beautiful moments, the full rooms, the photographs and the final experience. But behind every one of those moments are timelines, logistics, moving parts, decisions, last-minute adjustments, coordination and a team working to make sure everything comes together.

Now imagine doing that across seven events, four locations and three days, all within one festival celebrating ten years of The Blueprint of How.

Crazy work. Beautiful work and definitely not a one-person job.

This is a little glimpse into what producing The Global Knowledge Festival 2026 looked like from our side of the room.

To my able Execution team who planned, coordinated, adapted, solved problems and kept showing up: GIVE IT UP FOR THIS TEAM, PLEASE! 👏🏽💡❤️

The finished experience may have had many faces, but the work behind it had a team and we are only getting started with the behind-the-scenes stories.

While intentionally building @globaliftedconsults and working as a Lead Project Strategist, I’ve also made it a point to remain in spaces where I can serve, learn and stretch.

So when @madamme_president called, I answered. 😂

As a Cabinet Member at @lightbulb_consults , I had the privilege of serving as the Lead Coordinator for the Ziba Phase III Launch.

And this project reminded me that anything can be built.

From an idea, to the planning, the people, the moving parts and eventually seeing it all come together; there is something beautiful about watching a vision become tangible.

I’m grateful for every room that allows me to serve while learning from people who are building too.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO A WOMAN OF IMPACT. ❤️

Today, we celebrate a woman who has refused to think small.

What started as a vision has grown into something much bigger than one person, one city or one country. You have continued to build across borders, create spaces for people to grow and remind young Africans that there is so much more possible when we are willing to dream, build and move.

What makes your journey even more special is that you’re not just building for yourself. You’re building with people in mind. You’re creating opportunities, opening doors, starting conversations and bringing people from different backgrounds and countries into the same space.

From Nigeria to Ghana, Kenya and beyond, you continue to carry this vision across Africa with so much courage and conviction. And we hope you know that people are watching. People are learning from you. People are finding the courage to start because they have seen you start. People are thinking bigger because they have seen you think bigger.

Thank you for choosing the hard road of building. Thank you for continuing even when it would have been easier to stay comfortable. Thank you for believing that what we build can be bigger than us and can outlive us.

We are grateful for your life, your vision, your heart and the work you continue to do.
May this new year bring you the same kind of joy, growth and impact that you have poured into so many people. May you have even more strength for the things you are building, and may you never lose sight of how far you’ve already come.

The Messenger Behind the Movement 🇰🇪🇬🇭🇳🇬

Two years ago today, on 17 July 2024, what began as a moment of conviction became an assignment I couldn’t ignore.

I didn’t know exactly what it would look like, I didn’t know how it would grow and I certainly didn’t know it would one day stretch across borders but I knew I had to begin.

That assignment became The Clarity Conference @the_clarityconference .

Today, I’m humbled to officially introduce myself, not simply as a speaker or strategist, but as the Pan-African Convener of The Clarity Conference (TCC) 2026.

This year’s edition, themed Οἶδα (OIDA): The Next Chapter, marks a new milestone as we journey across Kenya, Ghana, and Nigeria, bringing together students, founders, creatives, professionals, policymakers, innovators, and emerging leaders to ask one defining question:

What does Africa’s next chapter require of us?

More than a conference, this is a movement to build people before they build institutions, to equip vision before execution, to cultivate leaders who will shape communities, industries, and nations with clarity, courage, and conviction.

Over the coming weeks, you will be meeting the remarkable voices from across the continent who have said yes to this vision. Their stories, expertise, and leadership will enrich conversations that I believe are both timely and necessary.

However, no movement is built alone.

If this vision resonates with you, I would love to invite you to be part of it.
