You booked the facial… but what happens after that??

I don’t just want to treat you for your birthday. 🎂

Here’s the thing: getting a facial every six months and hoping for completely different skin isn’t really a treatment plan.

Real change comes from consistency, the right treatments, at the right time, paired with a home routine that actually supports what we’re doing in the treatment room.

Ready to figure out what that plan looks like for your skin?

Book your next appointment at the link in bio and let’s talk about where we’re going next.

September really said: “It’s fall now, y’all!” 🍂

A girls weekend in Chicago, taking the stage at not one, but TWO skincare conferences, lots of learning, and a little @thefacefirststudio secret we’ve been keeping...

more from iS Clinical! 🤍

From live demos and panel conversations to connecting with so many talented professionals in this industry, the Global Advanced Seminar was filled with the kind of education and conversations that leave you feeling inspired to get back in the treatment room.

So grateful I got to be a small part of it, until the next one! 🫶🏽

Love an admin day that’s stacked with self care — a few changes i’ve made in the last 2 weeks that have made the biggest impact:

+ Wake up at the same time every morning
+ Lift or Pilates (also same time every am)
+ Daily walks (aiming for 8-10k steps but mostly just consistent movement)
+ Meal prep 2 proteins, 2 carbs + breakfast for easy on the go meals
+ Sleep early and unwind from phones and screens an hour before bed
+ Little things of self care like red light therapy, vibration plate, gua sha

and of course a microneedling session @thefacefirststudio

Still processing this weekend at @scienceofskinsummit! ⭐️

I gave my conference presentation on multi-modality care, hosted a breakout session on becoming the esthetician clients trust, spent time with @alastinskincare at their booth, and somehow still found plenty of time to roam the skincare hall and nerd out over everything skin.

Thank you @scienceofskinsummit for having me, definitely a weekend I won’t forget.

A dermaplane under 10-minutes ruffled some feathers online 🤷🏽‍♀️

But efficient doesn’t mean ineffective. Practice your technique and you can perfect your craft!
