Meet my guy Sheku! 25 year old former Clarksburg HS 🏈 player with military aspirations looking to get in shape to make it a reality. Faced some adversity early in his free trial BootCamp last night, but showed a lotta heart and got right back in and finished with his squad ✊ Very transparent afterward about some challenges that might make it hard to join at the moment. Told him we’re here for him, would help in any way we can and are fully invested in his journey when he’s ready. Not even a half an hour later I get a text about how appreciative he was and how excited he is because his Dad wants to help make it possible for him. Sheku and Dad show up at 6:30AM this morning and 👊👏 he becomes our newest “troop” at 6:45 ♥️ Say hello to Shek when you see him fam and show him the #soldierfitway🙌 #letsgoshek💪 #waytogodad🤝 #gotyoursix✊

Inspired by Hyrox Training’s Post Office Run, the “Clarksburg Post BootCamp Craze” of a mile run and a 5+ minute plank led by 2024 Troop of the Year Luis Segrera and overseen by Rocky 🥊, exemplifies the true dedication, grit and character of the #soldierfitclarksburgfam❤️ Don’t be surprised when #lightblueshirtguy😂 finds a way to “draw you out” #whoisnext👀👊 #keepmovingforward➡️ #thatshowwinningisdone🎯

Big time shout out to some of our amazing “troops”, our DIY warriors, for getting our new toys up and ready to go immediatamente 🙏 Let’s hear it 🗣️ for the Mexican Mafia Gamino bros, Rogelio & Eduardo, as well as Army Veteran Paul Mekkelson for helping to make it an even better experience inside my favorite 4 walls 👊👏💪 Nothing quite like the #soldierfitclarksburgfam❤️ Who’s got it better than us…NOBODY‼️
