The Fatha’s New Soca Record Leaks in Miami

The Fatha may have just found his Miami Carnival moment.

The Trinidadian-by-way-of-Miami artist had unreleased music previewed by DJ Slim City during a party in Miami, giving the room an early listen to a feel-good soca record built for women to dance, party, and take over the moment.

Known for making music that lives where Caribbean nightlife, melody, and movement meet, The Fatha continues to shape a sound made for the girls, the road, and the late-night energy that carries into Carnival.

The record has not officially dropped yet, but with Miami Carnival approaching, the timing feels loud: The Fatha is loading up.
