Tomorrow, we’re making a little room to step away from the noise and notice what’s present. 🤍

Sacred Pause is a reflective sound bath experience centered around slowing down, checking in with yourself, and giving yourself an hour to simply listen and receive.

We’ll begin with a reflection card, followed by a few minutes of journaling and a guided meditation to help you settle out of your thoughts and into your body. Then you’ll lie back and receive the sound bath, with your journal nearby if something comes up that you’d like to capture.

Come comfy, bring water, and make sure you bring a journal and something to write with. You’re also welcome to bring anything that will help you feel more comfortable on the mat.

Sacred Pause is a reflective sound bath experience created to give you space to slow down, turn inward, and notice what’s present. You’ll begin by choosing a reflection card, followed by a few moments of journaling and a guided meditation to help you settle into your body. From there, you’ll get comfortable and receive a sound bath, with your journal nearby if something comes up that you’d like to capture.

We’ll close with time to gently return, notice what surfaced, and take whatever feels meaningful with you into the rest of your week.

Sacred Pause is simply an hour to listen, receive, and give your own inner voice a little more room.

Make sure you bring a journal and something to write with.

If you’re kinda sorta at the place where you don’t want anyone to ask you another question, you’re tired of making decisions, tired of being available, tired of looking at screens, and after a night of sleep you wake up still tired of everything…you may be us.

You also may love The Relaxation Ritual coming up Sunday August 23 at 10am. A cozy restorative yoga + sound bath experience led by @wildestkelley, owner of @neutralmoonstudio and @helloericaronelle of @thefeelingtone.

Kelley will guide us through slow, fully supported postures where the goal is to do less and let the props do all the work, then Erica will carry us on a beautiful sound healing journey, the perfect way to start a Sunday morning.

If your mind & body have been begging you to re-fill your cup, come join us.

Last week I left feeling deeply grateful after my sound bath.

What stayed with me most was not just the sound. It was watching people give themselves permission to stop.

No to-do list.
No phone calls to return.
No one needing anything from them.
No pressure to be productive.

Just one hour to lie down, get comfortable, breathe, and be.

Some people fell asleep. Some became very still. By the end, everyone seemed softer. Their voices were quieter. Their movements had slowed. Nobody was in a hurry to get up.

That is what I want this weekly sound bath to offer.

A cozy, comfortable place where you can step away from everyday life and let sound support you while you rest.

I’ll be back this Friday from 3 to 4 PM.

Come take an hour for yourself. You do not have to do anything while you are here.

Such a good turnout for yoga and sound with @wildestkelley

The weather was beautiful, everyone came ready to relax, and the whole evening just felt easy. I really enjoyed being part of it.

Hello hello I’m Erica.

I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee and have called Atlanta home for the past 16 years.

I’ve always been someone who loves making things.

I’m a multidisciplinary artist by nature. Over the years I’ve been a musician, self taught visual artist, creative director, curator, entrepreneur, author, and now a certified sound practitioner.

If you can think of it, I’ve probably tried it.

A few years ago, my life took an unexpected turn. My health began to decline, and I found myself in a season that asked me to slow down in ways I never imagined.

That season changed me.

It led me to nervous system regulation, deep rest, and eventually to sound healing. Not just as something to practice, but as something to share.

These days, I’m rebuilding.

I’m creating from a different place than I did before. Less performance. More presence. Less proving. More listening.

The Feeling Tone was born from that season.

This page is where you’ll find sound, creativity, beauty, restoration, and the quiet moments that remind us to come back to ourselves.

I’m excited to share this next chapter with you.

I’ve always believed there’s something special about walking into a room that immediately lets your shoulders drop.

Soft lights. Cozy blankets. Gentle sound. Nothing to accomplish. Nowhere to rush.

That’s what I’ll be creating again this Friday.

Whether it’s your first sound bath or you’ve joined me before, I’d love to welcome you into the space.

We’ll spend an hour slowing down, breathing deeply, and letting the sound do what words sometimes can’t.

Friday | 3–4 PM @neutralmoonstudio

I’d love to have you there.

Come hang with me for an hour this Friday.

Not in a loud, busy, “do one more thing” kind of way.

In a lie down, get comfortable, let your shoulders drop, let the sound do what it does kind of way.

This week’s sound bath is 60 minutes of rest, grounding, breath, and sound. You don’t have to know how to meditate. You don’t have to be “good” at relaxing. You can just show up and let yourself be supported for a little while.

Last Friday reminded me that sometimes the room is being prepared before you even walk in.

I was driving through a thunderstorm on the way to the studio. When I arrived, there was one parking spot left, with three people standing in front of it, talking. As soon as I pulled up, they moved like they had been holding it for me.

By the time I got inside, Kelley the studio owner had already come to help set up, and the space was ready.

The storm kept some people from making it, but the ones who did brought such beautiful energy. We laughed. We settled in. And eventually, the rain and thunder became part of the sound bath too.

Two guests were experiencing sound for the first time, which felt like such an honor. I’m grateful I got to hold that first experience for them.

Thank you @wildestkelley for the footage. Thank you to everyone who made it into the room.

I’ll be holding space again this Friday from 3 to 4pm at @neutralmoonstudio

Kind words from Brittany after her first sound bath.

It was such an honor to hold space for her first sound bath experience.

“A calming, deeply peaceful experience. I felt the energy and invigoration in my entire body.”

This is what I hope people feel when they enter the room: calm, supported, and reconnected to their body.

I’ll be holding space again this Friday.

Come rest with us.
