🐻 As part of our super special podcast episode 62 (the finale before the summer break), I spoke to the beautiful Caoimhe @mumofbear about how she makes working full time work for her family.⁣
⁣
👨‍👩‍👦 For them it's all about teamwork and sharing the load. Caoimhe attributes the key to her success to BOTH she and her husband working from home - this gives them to flexibility and ability to truly share the load.⁣
⁣
☕️ A regular coffee date straight after the morning school run allows them to catch up on all of the family news, admin, and what's coming up for them all. It's relaxed, it fits the schedule, and above all, it means they ✨️communicate✨️.⁣
⁣
🤝 What does true partnership and sharing the load look like for you?⁣
