💗 A Note to Every Woman

Whether you’re beginning your fitness journey, rebuilding yourself, celebrating how far you’ve come, supporting someone you love, or simply showing up for yourself today — your life matters, and your journey matters.

Every woman’s story looks different. Give yourself grace for where you are, celebrate the strength it took to get here, and remember that taking care of yourself is worth making time for.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month reminds us why our health, our bodies, our stories, and the women beside us deserve to be valued. 🎀

Keep going. Keep showing up. Keep choosing YOU.

I ❤️ Collard Greens 5K Run 🏃🏽‍♀️🥬we #ExperienceTheDrip with @tampabaycgf 😍👏🏽💧

Running for awareness, healing, and community. Type 2 diabetes affects how your body uses insulin, causing blood sugar levels to stay too high. The good news? Lifestyle habits like movement, balanced nutrition, and consistent exercise can greatly help manage and even prevent it.

That’s why we run — for health, for family, and for a better future. 💚

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?” — 1 Corinthians 6:19

Move your body. Nourish your temple. Love your greens. 🥬✨
