Spent last weekend bopping around the San Juan Islands and singing songs with my eyes closed. Had a blast and I’m real glad I did it. And hopefully tied a bow on the last batch of songs and cleared the way to make some new ones. Thanks to anyone who came out or hosted!

This was so special, thanks to everyone who came out to the fold last weekend! Makin noise with these dudes over the last year or so has been one of the most cathartic musical projects I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of. It feels really good to break down the structures of what a song could and should be and just bathe in pure emotive sound and these guys really get that. They also are super gifted musicians who worked really hard on the parts of the set that were more conventional structured songs and it was really special to me to be on that side of things too. Lots of love all around. Thanks @raqrex for the vid! Crowler of Mana will return…

I booked a quaint tour of the islands to release some songs I’ve written in the last few years. If you’re on San Juan, Shaw, or Orcas Island the next few days, please roll out and tell your friends! All culminates back home on Orcas for Lone Pine Larder’s two-year anniversary corndog bash.

- May 15 - San Juan Island - The Fold - 7PM
with Trinity Althoff & Crawler of Mana
- May 16 - Shaw Island - Captains - 5PM
- May 17 - Orcas Island - Lone Pine Larder - 4PM
with M. Huge

I made a CD, so I’ll have some of those for anyone cool enough to still own a player. 💿
