On August 22, our Detroit regional and Black Organizing Programs were proud to partner with the Forigin Neighborhood Coalition for their Community Open House!

Through economic empowerment, fitness, gardening, and wellness, the Forigin Neighborhood Coalition is helping young Detroiters build stronger connections to their communities while advancing Black land sovereignty.

Community power grows when we show up for one another. We were honored to table at the event and support the launch of an initiative investing in the power, health, and futures of Black Detroiters. ✊🏿
