Confession timeee. I love a heavy lift, a good remix, a packed class, a chaotic household, and approximately 12 minute of complete silence 🤐

I’ve learned i can take my goals seriously while not taking myself too seriously. I can loveee being a mom and also love part of my life that have nothing to do with motherhood.

TIRED MOM 🤝🏼 STRONG MOM

Not getting much sleep in this phase of life, that comes with the territory, but movement definitely helps fill my cup 🫖⚡️

I’ve spent the entire summer waking up early, studying, and working toward one goal: passing my RD exam. So while an 8:30 AM workout class on a Friday might not be everyone’s idea of a celebration, it was exactly how I wanted to start my first day as an officially credentialed RD!

Movement is something that makes me feel so good, so alive, and so much like myself. After months of working toward this goal, there was honestly no better way I could have started my day.

Officially an RD!!! 🥹🤍

✨ Introducing THEE chair class @theformulaxmeredith with me every Saturday at 9:30a ✨

The class you never knew you needed! The chair may be a simple “prop,” but don’t let it fool you — It’s the perfect push for anyone looking to build more formative strength by learning to support, control, and challenge your own body weight.

Come see what the chair can really do — and of course we still double up the ankle weights 🤭🔥 #nyc #nycfitness #theformulaxmeredith
