Let me get on my soap box for a minute. 📦

Forever grateful for the day I stepped onto the mats in Spring Valley @10psouthbay . What started as training turned into a brotherhood.

9 years thus far of beating the hell out of each other.
5 years of annual camping trips.
Countless hours spent together through training, hard talks, fights, laughs, inside jokes, and everything in between.

These are the kind of friendships you can’t force and can’t fake. Just a group of men showing up for each other year after year.

Couldn’t thank God enough for putting these men in my life.

Another Successful Fight Night! 🖤

Huge thanks to everyone who brought Friday Night Fights to life — our competitors, commentators, planners, matchmakers, videographers, refs, timekeepers, and the entire team. We couldn’t have done it without you!
