At 19, Darnell Fuller became a father—and took on the responsibility of raising his eight siblings after losing his mother.

What followed is a story of sacrifice, resilience, and building a life beyond what he could have imagined.

In Episode #3 of Inside Houston Real Estate Podcast, we talk about his journey from teenage dad to brokerage owner and real estate leader, the hard lessons behind his success, and why helping others succeed means so much to him.

The numbers tell one story. The man behind them tells another. 🎙️🏡

Close a $5 million deal… and you’re unemployed again. 😳🏡

That’s the reality of real estate: celebrate the closing, then get back to building relationships and earning the next opportunity.

Darnell Fuller and I talk about the mindset it takes to keep going—even after a big win.

👀 A $509k home in Sienna with a first-year rate offer of 4.99%? Let’s talk, friend!

Today’s behind-the-scenes moment took me to an open house in Missouri City’s lovely Sienna community. I stopped by to support a fellow agent who’s also the homeowner—and help get more eyes on her listing! 🏡✨

Here’s what caught my attention: the lender is offering qualified buyers this rate schedule:
🔑 Year 1: 4.99%
🔑 Year 2: 5.99%
🔑 Year 3 onward: 6.99% fixed

Those first two years could offer some breathing room, but we’ll want to review the full payment, taxes, insurance, HOA fees, and lender terms to see how it fits your budget.

Want to see this home for yourself? DM me “SIENNA” or contact me to schedule your private tour! 💛

Your reset starts right here in Houston.

Listing Agent: Sandra Morgado LPT Realty LLC.

Sienna Exchange Network is growing , and we love to see it! ☕️🤎

Today was another great reminder that networking is more than just handing out business cards — it’s about building real relationships, supporting local businesses, and creating opportunities for collaboration and referrals.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, shared, and connected. We’re building something meaningful together, one cup and one connection at a time!

🚨 REAL ESTATE AGENTS: Your brokerage should support the business you’re building—not make it harder to grow.

One of the things I appreciate about LPT Realty is having access to the tools, training, technology, and community I need while still having the freedom to build a business that feels like my own.

Whether you’re looking for better support, more opportunities to grow, or simply wondering if there’s a brokerage model that better aligns with your goals, it may be time to explore your options.

No pressure. No awkward recruiting pitch. Just an honest conversation about LPT, my experience, and whether it could be a good fit for the next chapter of your business.

📲 Curious? Send me a DM or book a confidential opportunity call. Let’s talk!

What an AMAZING turnout! ❤️📚🎒
Being able to bless the children in our community with new school supplies for the upcoming school year was truly a blessing. The children are our future, and being able to pour love, encouragement, and support into them is so important. 💕✨

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, supported, donated, and helped make this event a success! Your love and generosity mean so much. 🙏🏽

And a very special thank you to my amazing sponsors for believing in the vision and helping make this possible. I appreciate each and every one of you! ❤️

Together, we can make a difference and remind our children that their community believes in them. ✏️📓🎓
