Coming up to 2 years since I started at TFE in Jan last year and honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever felt this strong or fit in my life.

Not just in the gym, but outside of it too. Running all sorts of different races, pushing myself in ways I never thought I could, and having the strength to get back into training after some pretty tough efforts without being out for weeks on end. It’s made such a difference to so many areas of my life and I genuinely feel like I can take on just about anything.

But the people are a huge part of what makes this place so special. I’ve met some bloody good humans here and made friendships I’m so grateful for.

And the coaches… man, they’re more than just coaches. They actually care. They check in, ask how you’re going outside of training and are genuinely invested in you as a person, not just what you’re doing in the gym.

Pretty crazy to think a place you started just to get stronger could give you so much more than that. So grateful for the people, the progress and everything that’s come with being part of this community 💚

The thing I love most about training and what it has given me, is that I had to earn it. Nobody can accumulate experience for you. 22 years in and I’m still putting the hours in. You have to earn them.

These are obviously all of my highlights and trust me there or heaps of lows too but Fkn pinch me seriously, if I ever need inspiration I just look at who I use to be and that’s all I need to get me moving again. I’m no believer in miracles but someone had to be looking out for me ❤️ grateful x
