The race is on, but the real winner might just be the sushi! 🏇🍣

Melbourne Cup calls for something a little extra, and a platter loaded with sushi favourites is always a crowd-pleaser.

Salmon, tuna, prawns and plenty of delicious bites. The hardest part? Deciding who gets the last piece! 👀🥢

Make Sushi Hotaru TGV part of your Melbourne Cup celebrations.

Introducing our daily pairings. Each weekday, enjoy a different dessert alongside your favourite coffee or tea.

Some of you have been with us since our delivery-only days, when it all started with gluten-free basque cheesecake. Others found us through coffee or matcha and have made us part of your daily routine.

We love seeing you find your favourites and slowly work your way through the rest of our range. These pairings are a little invitation to try something you’ve had your eye on, or enjoy something you already love 😋

Pair the day’s featured dessert with your choice of coffee or tea and enjoy $2 off the total at our @thegaleries store.

Come see what’s paired today!

Fun Fact: The word spaghetti comes from the word Spago! I’ve always lived @spagosyd when they used to have a restaurant in Chatswood 🫶🏻 The quality of their food was SO GOOD, the big pizza slide was just $9, and you can choose small, medium or large for their pasta which is great for a small stomach like mine. Find them at The Galeries, Darling Square, Macquarie Centre or Warringah Mall 🍝 #pasta #pizza #sydneyfoodie

Are you team Hojicha + Matcha or both? I personally love a Matcha in the morning and a Hojicha in the afternoon as it has less of a caffeine kick. Our cute tins are available to purchase in our city tea shop @thegaleries and online @ukinomatcha
