And that wraps up The Gathering.

Three days of conversations, music, design, food, ideas, and people coming together in one beautiful, living space. From quiet corners to packed rooms, from long tables to late evenings, Mukesh Mills held it all with its own kind of magic.

Grateful for everyone who showed up, participated, listened, shared, and made this what it was.

Until next time.

Some nights stay with you long after they end. This one, at @mukesh_mill with @thegatheringindia, was one of them.

Conversations flowed, music filled the air, and every corner carried a story. Hosting @thegatheringindia reminded us how powerful shared experiences can be.

Grateful to be a space where moments come together naturally.

An evening shaped by @thegatheringindia at @mukesh_mill - where music, design, cocktails, and conversations came together under one roof.

From glowing installations to shared tables and slow moments in between, this was one of those nights that stays with you a little longer. Exactly the kind of experiences we love hosting.

Evenings with @thegatheringindia felt different when the sea became a part of the setting.
Soft light, ocean breeze, slow conversations and that quiet magic that only waterfront moments bring. Some experiences don’t need much - just good company and a beautiful horizon.

Every room. Every corner. Every detail—thought through to perfection.
How is one supposed to get over an experience like this?
A food festival where premium chefs, flavours, and moments came together so seamlessly… and now we’re meant to wait till next year?

If Goa was an Old Fashioned, it would be this: the Coconut & Pandan Old Fashioned 🥥

Comment "coconut" for the full recipe.
Part 44 of our Indian Cocktail series 🌿

This drink started at @thegatheringindia in Mumbai a three-day event at Mukesh Mills where chefs and I were paired together for one-off menus. This one was with Bawmra Jap @bjgoa of @bomrasgoa Goa. If you know Bomras, you know. Burmese soul, ingredient-first, nothing wasted.

Amitav Ghosh once called him one of the finest chefs in the world. He grows his own produce and makes everything from scratch.

So the drink had to match that energy. Coconut fat-washed whiskey. Pandan and kaffir lime sugar. Homemade orange bitters. Everything tropical.

It was built for his food. But it belongs to Goa.
