📍Fish & Chips The George, Maulden i’ve been here before, but had been recommended to try the gf fish & chips from someone who was a chef only meant good things. two gigantic pieces of fish fried perfectly & chips that were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. there’s not much else to say other than it was as good as it looked, and I was suitably stuffed. staff were really good about the allergy (like last time) and it came out with a little flag in which always boosts my confidence.

Last Friday we were back at @thegeorgemaulden for coffee, pastries, lots of chatting, plenty of connecting and, most importantly, a lot of laughing. The sun was shining, the doors were open and we even managed to take some of the chatting out onto the balcony. Not bad for October (anyone else just love an autumn sunny day)? 🍁 This month, @annamosleycoaching took the spotlight and talked to us about how to be the CEO of your life. Chief ENERGY Officer, that is. And she definitely gave us all plenty to think about. So much so, I’ve just joined Anna’s 80% Club myself. If you’re wondering what that’s all about, the link is in my bio. 👆🏽 We missed our @lynsey_wright_design who was off sunning herself somewhere slightly warmer than Maulden, but she’ll be back next month with her massive smile and a tan. ☀️😂 Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a fun morning. Our next Bee Social Networking morning is Friday 6th November at The George, Maulden. Spotlight to be confirmed. 👀 See you in November 🐝

So your LinkedIn profile exists, BUT is it actually doing anything for you? 🤷🏽‍♀️ If the answer is “ermmmm, probably not” then this workshop is for you. On 17th November, I’m running a small, practical LinkedIn Workshop at @thegeorgemaulden 🫶🏽. And when I say practical, I mean it. We’re not just going to TALK about LinkedIn. You’ll be getting stuck in and working on yours while we’re together. What you’ll walk away with: ✅ A properly optimised LinkedIn profile
✅ A better understanding of how to use LinkedIn for your business
✅ How to build your personal brand and become more visible
✅ What to post and where to find content ideas
✅ How to write content that actually sounds like YOU
✅ Tips for growing your network and engaging with the right people
✅ Ways to get more eyes on your content
✅ The latest LinkedIn updates and what you need to know going into 2027
✅ Answers to YOUR LinkedIn questions
✅ And hopefully no more staring at LinkedIn wondering what the heck you’re supposed to post 😂 📅 17th November
⏰ 9:30am to 12:30pm
📍 The George, Maulden
🎟️ Early Bird tickets £65
Increasing to £75 from 16th October There are ONLY 10 spaces available. I’m deliberately keeping this one small so I can give everyone proper attention and help you with YOUR profile, YOUR business and YOUR questions. Bring your laptop. Bring your questions. Bring the LinkedIn profile you’ve been meaning to sort out for approximately 84 years. 😂 So if you’re ready to stop winging LinkedIn, let’s go. 👏🏽 Book your Early Bird place now via the link in my bio. #linkedinworkshop
