Be Well – Educators Edition was a SUCCESS! On Saturday, we welcomed over 75 incredible educators from across Hampton Roads for a day filled with wellness, appreciation, classroom support, and community love. From yoga and MixxedFit to our supply shop, and community resources — every detail was designed to pour back into those who pour so much into our students. Special thanks to our sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and partners who helped make this day possible. To every educator who joined us: thank you for showing up for your students, your community, and yourself. We hope you left feeling seen, supported, and ready for the year ahead.

People are struggling worse than any of us could ever imagine. We spend so much time worry and stressing about things that don’t even matter when others literally have nothing. Giving out hot meals today with @maliyahjo and @thegiveback757 we came across this man. He started to cry when he got the food and asked us to pray for him. After we prayed he shared some of his story and said I just need some help but no one will help me. I got his information and will connect him with some resources this week. A lot of people just need a break, a word of encouragement, a prayer, a little help. If we took more time to help one another we’d all be better.
