This season I’m leaning into being both “naughty & nice” because psychologically, balance is what actually keeps us well 🍫🧸🎄

We’re not designed for perfection, we’re designed for sustainable habits.

Moments of joy like the hot chocolate, the night out in Annabel’s, the dancing, the sparkles give us the dopamine and stress-relief that make our healthier routines easier to maintain. When we loosen the reins a little, our motivation and self-control actually improve.

That’s why the 80/20 approach works so well for me.

The 80%: the routines that keep me grounded and glowing 👇🏽
