POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Looking back at this moment from 2023, I remember sitting there, waiting for my therapist to enter the room, listening to all the mental banter happening in my head.

I realized that every negative scenario I kept replaying, I was somehow right in the middle of it. I was connected to the chaos I was experiencing in my own life.

And I made a decision: if I was truly going to live and lead the life I wanted, I had to do something different. I had to become something different.

That season became a turning point.

Because I got healed, I was able to create an entire platform for women in leadership to heal, lead, and 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲, 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.

Because I got healed, I am able to support women in ways I never imagined.

Because I got healed, more than 300 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 have already stepped onto the DEEPER™ Women Lead Global Platform.

And because I got healed, my capacity to do this work continues to expand.

Looking back now, I’m reminded that sometimes the greatest impact we make begins with the work we’re willing to do within ourselves.

I had such a beautiful time sitting down with my daughter to be interviewed for my friend Meka’s new project, Dear Mom, One More Question. ❤️

Whether you have questions for your mother (or father), or you’re raising children of your own, this self-guided journal is so thoughtfully written, it creates space for parents to share their stories in a way that can be passed down for generations. This is just the beginning of deeper conversations with my babies…and moments like this remind me how meaningful it is to capture our stories while we can.

If you haven’t picked up a Mother’s Day gift yet, or even if you have, this journal is truly something special for so many families.

Grab a copy today. Link in bio.
