THE OFF-SEASON: WHERE THE NEXT VERSION IS BUILT.

The stage may be behind me, but the work never stops. The off-season is where you reset your mind, sharpen your focus, rebuild your foundation, and commit to becoming better than you were yesterday.

This is where real progress happens, away from the spotlight, beyond the applause, and through the discipline to keep showing up when nobody is watching.

The goal is not simply to return bigger. It’s to return stronger, more refined, better conditioned, and with a complete package that reflects another year of relentless work.

2027 is the vision. The off-season is the investment. And the work starts now.

No shortcuts. No complacency. Just discipline, consistency, and a commitment to evolution.

THE NEXT CHAPTER STARTS HERE. — THE 146 METHOD

Talent may get you noticed, but consistency and discipline will take you where talent alone never can. Show up, do the work, and trust the process, your limits are often further than you think.

4 DAYS OUT — IBFF CAPE CLASSICS. 🏆

24 weeks ago, I planned this show.

Not 24 weeks ago did I start thinking about the goal — I committed to it.

Every early morning.
Every meal weighed.
Every cardio session.
Every brutal workout.
Every sacrifice.
Every day I didn’t feel like doing it but showed up anyway.

This physique isn’t the result of one good week.

It’s 24 weeks of consistency, discipline and refusing to quit.

And now we’re here.

4 DAYS OUT.

The physique is ready.
The work is done.
Now it’s time to step on stage and show what 24 weeks of commitment looks like.

But this isn’t the finish line.

The road to PRO started 24 weeks ago when I planned this show.

Cape Classics is another step on that road.

4 days.
One stage.
One opportunity to leave nothing behind.

THE ROAD TO PRO STARTS HERE. 🏆🔥

Ecclesiastes 5:19

"Moreover, when God gives someone wealth and possessions, and the ability to enjoy them, to accept their lot and be happy in their toil—this is a gift from God."
