POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

11 days before @thegoliathgames, I decided I couldn't miss this! The Goliath Games was an experience! In the pouring rain, I still managed to escape the burpees 🤣 Definitely will be back (and prepared) next year!

So today I defeated a Goliath I didn't know I had. Did 20 box jumps on a 24 inch box without falling or injuring anything.

And its all because my coach knew my potential even though I kept doubting myself.

I have the best coach ever @therealkerriekim @allinfitnesstt @thegoliathgames

Goliath Games 2026 - Part 1/2

Perspective 1: "Competing As A Business Owner"

Firstly, lets start by praising the organizational committee for a job well done with the Goliath Games, this year. While there is always room for improvement, this event was EXTREMELY successful!

With that said, as a former National Champion across a series of middle-long distance events, our C.E.O, Mr. Jediael Walters decided to try something new.

For him, the Goliath Games was more than just a competition. It was a tool that allowed him to:
1) measure aspects of his social wellbeing - through his interaction with fellow competitors and complete strangers in this new environment,

2) measure aspects of his emotional wellbeing - through his response to disappointments/setbacks related to competing in this new arena

3) measure aspects of his physical and mental well-being by monitoring his mind-body reaction when faced with various challenging situations throughout the course.

Apart from concluding that his preparation for this type of competition was majorly insufficient, he affirmed that the services offered by Zion's Wellness Center should be made mandatory in the lives of anyone who is competitive, pushes their body to the max or just desires to live a better life.

Why?
Our therapeutic excellence and expertise GURANTEES results. The effects of our services encourages muscle recovery, improves your physical functionality & promotes longevity.

Our C.E.O encourages all viewers to be bold, be brave and never back down in the war against your personal Goliath.

BEFORE GOLIATH GAMES ➡️ AFTER GOLIATH GAMES

The first picture.

Clean shirts.
Fresh legs.
Big energy.

The second picture?

Mud.
Rain.
Exhaustion.

What makes us proud isn’t the medals around our necks. It’s the people standing beside each other in both photos.

Different conditions.
Same mindset.

Proud of every single person who represented GDF Athletic Club and our supporters.

The dust has settled, but the adrenaline is still pumping. 🔥💪
We are more than a week out from the Goliath Games, and honestly? The high hasn’t even started to wear off. That battlefield tested every single ounce of our grit, stamina, and mental toughness—and the Militia didn’t just survive; we conquered.
When you line up with a crew that refuses to quit, obstacles just become milestones. From the mud to the finish line, the energy was unmatched, the execution was elite, and the brotherhood/sisterhood was unbreakable.
SALUTE TO THE ENTIRE TEAM 🫡🎖️⚔️
This is the standard. We don’t back down. We don’t look for the easy route. We just keep moving forward.
