Eudemonia is a health, wellness, and longevity summit in West Palm Beach, Florida, returning for its third year November 5–8. Its name comes from the ancient Greek term eudaimonia, meaning “human flourishing” or “a life well lived” — which is exactly the foundation Christy started Honey Mama’s with back in 2013. This synergy between our brand and the conference has blossomed into an exquisite partnership, and a unique treat that can only be found at the event, alongside a few special retailers @thegoodsmart in NYC and @thebutchersdaughter_official in Venice, CA.

We both know from personal experience that building and maintaining a brick-and-mortar business is NOT easy or for the faint of heart. That’s why we love our latest guest Rachel Krupa’s perspective: the goal isn’t to pretend it isn’t hard, it’s to build a life and business alongside people, brands, and ideas that make the work feel FUN - because that can be the thing that keeps you energized enough to keep building. Rachel is the founder of @thegoodsmart , and she joins us on the latest episode of Step Into Next to talk entrepreneurship, growth, and defining success on your own terms. #StepIntoNext #Entrepreneurship #BrickAndMortar #WomenInBusiness #TheGoodsMart

even the delulu adhd founder in me didn’t see this one coming 🥹💚 it’s truly so crazy to reflect back to this time last year when my manufacturer severely fucked me over and i thought this brand would never see the light of day. i had no product to sell, no money to reinvest, and felt like i had hit a wall that couldn’t be moved. turns out chipping away patiently, consistently day in and day out is what cumulates into the big break through for a moment like this. launching at @thegoodsmart, a store i am already a customer at, just feels so right for our first IRL debut — it’s an honor to be on their shelves alongside so many amazing better for you products and brands i adore 💚
