A night to pause, focus on ourselves, and make a little room for self-care. 🤍✨ Our Beauty & Balance gals’ night out included B12 injections, salt room sessions, mini facials, laser hair removal treatments, and yoga to help us release, reset, and breathe. Even sweeter? Sharing it with a wonderful group of women, making connections, and enjoying some much-needed me-time together. 🧘‍♀️ A HUGE shout-out to @omni_skin_pa , @thegratefulstation , and @thegratefulyoga for hosting us and making this evening so special! 💕 And of course our fave coffee/match cart @fablecoffeeco Give them a follow, show them some love, and support the local businesses bringing experiences like this to our community!

Mindfulness, consistency & soul work 🤍 I cried at one point. I’m not sure anyone noticed, and I like that. I don’t claim to be an expert in anything I’m sharing or doing. But consistency, showing up, experience, staying authentic, and always being a student will take you far. The cute yoga classes got me in the door, but the work that happens inside is what keeps me going back. Thank you, @thegratefulstation, for such a welcoming first experience 🤍 What’s one thing that’s been helping you feel more grounded lately?
